3:06 - another impressive time from Paul for his enth marathon. Well done Paul.
My 2 other friends running did well too, with PBs.
It looked like nice conditions from the telly, I didn't think it was that warm as it certainly hasn't been that here!
There must be lots of heat from all those bodies!
Well done Paul
Not so warm just a bit of a shock after the last few weeks
Ran home today but the longer way so about 5 miles. I have a run planned with my colleague tomorrow morning again.
I'm feeling all excited and inspired as I got delivery of the new treadmill at work today It was a bit of a surprise as I only ordered it yesterday morning! It has to go upstairs as that's the only space for it, and it was a struggle getting it up there. It is now installed though, and ready to go. It is a bit too noisy on the room below to use it for training when that room is in use, but I'm sure I can find a time to fit some training in on it when the weather is bad....
Erm.... not quite yet Paul, don't get overexcited!
I have run home this evening, this time with the garmin, so I now know the short way is 2.9 miles. Its been lovely and sunny so I only had a t-shirt on, but the wind is FREEZING! I now have earache with the cold.
8 fast miles on the track tonight
6.5 hilly miles this morning, chilly out there first thing.
13 mile club run this morning and cake
Well done on all the miles Paul. I ducked out of the ride again this morning and once again am struggling for motivation to exercise.
I have spent 3 hours weeding the front garden this morning...
Weeding must count as cross training. How's the new treadie shaping up phys?
Very quiet on here........9.75 miles done tonight in the sunshine
Not much running to report and too much working for me. Where's Maddy gone to?
5.4 miles run home for me. I was quite pleased to manage to run home the long way after an 11 hour day. Its soo nice that its light
No further running on the tready yet Paul. It seems a shame but its nicer outside in this dry weather, I'm making the most.
Just reading the news - I hope you weren't running along the coast path in Dorset Paul!
Time is flying by at the moment - pedalling has happened
