She must have a fair few under her belt now?
Today was number 10 I think. Fi wanted a sub 4 but that was always going to be tough going in hot weather today. Sounds like she ran a very good 4:11. If we can co-ord races then I might get the chance to pace for her in the autumn.
Nice 8.2 miler tonight in the sunshine, gone now though back to normal May weather.
building up slowly in an attempt to reduce my body size
I did a short run home yesterday, legs were tired after all the cycling.
Well done on your biking Maddy.
which mara you planning with Fifi Paul?
Don't know yet phys.
Sweeper for the club 5k tonight.
I keep reconsidering entering one, then work kicks off and I decide its not a good idea!
Come and join us
Well..... just keep me informed.....
Although once again, exercise as suffered, partly work, partly weather depression...
How did I ever manage to train for a marathon???
When you were organised......
Nice pyramid session at the track tonight, 7.5 miles - shame about the rain.
When I didn't have quite so much work to do...
Well done on training in the rain, windy as anything again here today. Rest for me as I feel exhausted at the moment. Mountain biking in the Peaks tomorrow.
The weather forecast changed unfortunately, so a little 10 miler on the mtb in the local woods, bluebell admiring instead of a big day out. Breakfast at a café on the canal and we just got home in time to avoid the first heavy rain shower...
Just about to pee it down here too, managed a 13 miler this morning though in the sunshine and to mow the lawns.
Lawn mowed here too, by E, strawberries planted and sweet peas sown. Mostly in the drizzle. Our veg patch is progressing, runner beans and pea seedlings coming on. No sign of the beetroot or spinach.
Sounds like The Good Life.
No lifestock yet Paul - and Jerry and Margot have not popped in so far.......
No exercise, no increase size in veg, a very inactive day
Soggy run tonight, just 7.25 miles but we had the club AGM to get back for.
Still pedalling - did a 15 mile TT yesterday in atrocious conditions
Is there a RW app - my new phone is faster than my PC and has cut my electricty bill by £3 per week so I don't swithc it on very often
