Lovely unofficial club run tonight - 10.2 miles in the sunshine with 3 like minded fast runners
I use RW on my phone sometimes - but that is what creates the echo!
30 minutes done on the treadmill this morning at 7.30 before work. Enjoyed it
I just need to get something up on the wall in front of me to look at...... Colleagues are trying to persuade me we need an ipad or the like, as that is the best option for filming for biomechanics.... Then I could use it as a tv as well...
A cheap flat screen TV is another alternative.
But we can't film patients for their technique on a tv......
Do you have something to look at for your tready running Paul?
A small flat screen TV........
We don't have an aerial, any tv sockets or a licence either. Hmmmm...
No running today, but judging by the forecast I might be back on that tready tomorrow.
8.3 miles on the track tonight
Lovely morning - 7.75 miles with a big hill done in the sunshine.
The bike is broke - so shopping weekend
Weather is OK here so far
Tready run again yesterday, half an hour then some Pilates and the reformer which I bought 2nd hand, have had for ages and don't really know what to do with. It was fun yesterday.
Bluebell walk in the Dales is the plan for today
Ooh and garden update ---- The spinach shoots are about 1cm high and there are the tiniest little purple threads appearing in the beetroot area. It all just needs a bit of sun now.
Miss green fingers.
Lovely 14.8 miler this morning, humid and perfect running weather.
7 mile walk done through lots of bluebell woods. Then to the end of an cycle event to see our friends finish.
Its motivated me to start my cycle commute again tomorrow.
Have you got your bike fixed yet Maddy?
6 mile cycle commute done. I was planning on going the longer way home but my last patients was very stressed and upset and then pranged her car on the way out and lost it a bit. I had to reverse the car out and calm her down a bit before she was safe to drive home.
Keeps off the road.
LOL - I did give her a bit of time to get out of the way before I set off!
Run home tonight the long way. 5.4 miles through lovely bluebells in the woods, in the rain though. Last ditch training before 10k race Thursday evening!
Marathon this weekend Paul?
Not until a double 8 and 9 Jun phys.
10 miles done tonight.
Rest day today, except I was going to go on the reformer again so went into work early....... To find the receptionist dying a death of flu behind the desk.... so sent her home and did reception myself...... so no reformer.
I got home early for a bit of food before tonight's run. Its currently howling and gale and throwing hail against the windows! I'm not sure I'm looking forward to it E is definitely re-considering spectating!
Quite enjoyed the run after all. The weather was fairly kind, cold and a bit windy but dry. I forgot my watch so I'm not sure of my time, but it seems it was a bit short for a 10k so its irrelevant really.
