I have to add it wasn't just me, we all had some oddities, and it was quite good fun trying to track down the weaknesses. We can now bug each other about whether we've actually done our exercises.

Interesting as none of us even have any active injuries.... or look that bad at first glance. When I think of some of the running styles I see out there during events!!

Evening - I've been very naughty today as I took my stuff in this morning to run home (E was driving in) but then I got a lift home with one of the other instructors who was driving past my house!

I do feel really tired though, and I have big day tomorrow as we are doing a promotion at work for workout@work day.

Shocking.........come on phys........get with the programme.

Nice 9.7 miles tonight, followed by pub steak and chips

Morning 

9 mile club run this morning - started in sunshine, finished in the rain.....

Hectic day Wednesday, then flew to Mallorca  

A little evening ride we tried Thursday ended up a massive climb up to a monastery! 10 miles of up in the shock oh high 20s temperatures. A bit of a shock after the Uk. The descent was fun though

yesterday we did 74 miles, much flatter but still a challenge in the heat.

Well done on keeping up the thread running miles Paul. 

Afternoon

Damp 14.5 miles this morning.

Mrs a is in Haworth and says it is 2 coats weather on the Moors.

Rest day with just a 7 mile jaunt to a bar in the afternoon. 

Glad to hear we're not missing the Yorkshire summer

Very, very hot here today. Over 30 degrees. We managed 40 hilly miles in it but the last 10 were a big struggle! 

Recovering by sunbathing by the pool  

Don't rub it in - cloudy and about 16 degrees here. Hope the sunburn smarts

Don't fret Paul, it was cloudy here today as well. And down to 26 degrees I believe. Perfect weather for our hardest ride of the week, 60 miles on an out and back route with a LOT of climbing. My phone app said 2700m and although its not always that accurate we must have done roughly that just knowing the peaks we hit

The Mallorcan countryside is really picturesque, and the roads generally in good condition, even the drivers seem to give us a nice wide berth..... I think because they're all nervous in hire cars and most of them not used to being on the other side of the car!

Nice work phys, glad the weather is good really. We even had a sunny club run tonight, 10.5 miles with lovely views.
