Sunday 9th April 2006
Good luck this morning Paul. I hope you get them all round in the times they want!
Not a good day here, I set off for my run but my calf, which has been tight since I pulled it a bit last weekend, felt quite sore. It got worse over the first mile so I was sensible and turned around Iced and but it is really quite sore. Grrrr.
V sensible phys, hope it heals quickly.
Top day out in Malaga where I did a really good pacing job, on for 3:26 against a 3:30 target at HM, which turned into a 3:23 for me followed by a 3:24 and a 3:25 for my club mates. Two very happy runners and a dab day in the sunshine. Stated together until about 40k aNx then the elastic started to stretch but not too badly.
Number 141 in the bag and a top weekend all round
Well done Paul. Sounds like you were sensible too.
Though reading that post it sounds like you're back on the sauce!!
Back on the iPad this morning so hopefully better typing. Flying home today, shame to leave this lovely sunshine behind but everyone has had a great time. Hopefully have widened the horizons of some from Yeovil who previously thought a trip to Taunton was exotic.
Home again, we had a top weekend away.
Sounds like a great trip Paul.
Nothing to report if note here. Calf still tight even just striding out so no exercise for me this week
Probably do it again next year phys, put the date in your diary.
Lots of great pics on my FB page.
Cheaper entry for Prague Marathon ends on 13 Dec........
