Sunday 9th April 2006
5 mile run this morning, beautiful weather again. I wanted to go further but I have to get to work
You could have got up earlier?
9.3 miles tonight
Nice easy 8.4 miler tonight.
I did he extra 3 miles today running home from work - it was a but warm!
6.7 miles on the track tonight. Ran with and had a chat with Jo Pavey tonight, she looked in cracking form for the Commonwealth Games. Just 3 Kenyans to beat though apparently.......
Much fresher temperatures this morning for a lovely 9.2 miler with the club - sure they enjoyed the surprise second lap up the big hill.
Just an easy 9 miler this morning - bit of a mild hangover from a running club curry night last night but all sweated out now.
Afternoon. Hobnobbing with running royalty Paul? How exciting
6 miles running here, an out and back to make sure I did the hill back up in the shade, it's a bit muggy out there.
Little 6 mile commute. I can't believe this weather. It almost seems a shame that we are off to La France in 2 days.
Pour Le Tour?
Hot and hilly 8.6 miler tonight.
Oui Paul. 2 more days spectating Ran home yesterday, so hot! I had to stand in cold shower to cool off! Then went to see a brilliant play about Beryl Burton. Incredible that such an athlete goes so unrecognised, even as a female Yorkshire cyclist I had not heard about her until this year!
