is anyone doing this. Last year i walked a race for life but this yar i am running this i hope. its in 5 weeks and i'm moving on to walk3/run3 tommorow.

yeh, i'm running this with 2 daughters and a friend. we ran the R4L today at Bath.

Bath was good, daughter and friend did it in 16 minutes, I did it in 25 with my younger daughter who left me nearer the end because she wanted to sprint-theres loyalty for you! I'm glad I went, I've had pf so didnt know if I would be ok but it seems to be ok so far. Should've met running duck but couldnt find her.
