Are the free photos the ones taken after the finish where you had to queue to have pic taken ? Had one taken there with my chum but not had email about it yet. Managed to smile for one of the photographers out on the course - think this is a first, I usually look very grumpy.

LL my sportcam photos show my pain   I actually tried to hide from the cameras for the first time in any race.. but there were three in a park at some point and couldnt be avoided.

Am going for a steady 3m today filled with nurofen, but am heaps better. I had to show people the pics just to share my pain!

I had an email, yes the pics that were taken at the end. My eyes still look sad

I suspect there were more photographers than there were musical bits ...

Hope the run today goes ok Tracy.

I'm still unclear how you get your free photo - was it via email?

I've looked on the and my finishing with medal photo has now arrived but I can't see how I can get any of them for free.

You should get an email from sony ericcson with a link in it....

Sounds like a good idea to me to give sunday a miss Tracy - concentrate on being pain-free for RP - you will be fine fitness wise as it's not far away.

According to the Facebook page the lack of music was partly down to Greenwich council... Still, their PR team are still working overdrive, just read an article in the Times about the power of running to music and plugging next year's run already.

At least they are trying to put things right,

Hi TRacyB - you running the Royal parks HM? TRust you're well but haven't seen you on the thread there (or anywhere since spring thinking about it).

Sorry eveyone for gatecrashing this read when I'm not even running in the RttB but two HMs on top of each other one to many...

Good to see you

Yes, I'm on Royal Parks HM forum.. you must be on a different one Check my forums out.. I'm pretty active, or was until I got knee injury at RTTB last week

You at Royal Parks? Right now, it's unlikely I can run 3 miles never mind 13 but gonna give it a good try at risk.. trained soooo well for HMs to do them better..and totally screwed it up at 10m and still suffering...

Hi TracyB

Sorry to hear of knee problem; a real downer. I've flipped over to excercise bike sessions when injured in the past to keep fitness up without impact strain. Also a great physio near me in South Woodford (called first physio) let me know of you want contact details.

Will lgo ook you up on the RPHM fora.
