Hi- I have a place in next year's London marathon.  Did it 1n 2010 in 5, 30 looking to try for 4,30 this time.  I'm looking to find a few people to go running with , hopefully someone also with a place in the marathon.  Im in Old Heath area.  Slow and steady is what I'm looking for
