Cheers mate. I don't hold out too much hope at the mo as I had an ACL reconstruction done 12 years ago and was told that it may only last 10 years before needing some attention. My knee has lost lots of stability and the shin, the opposite to the one I fractured in Feb, seems to be loose and you can move it out of position quite easily from the knee joint. It all, i'm afraid, points to an ACL problem, and that means 3 months of sofa warming at least. What doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, so they say.
