The results of all of the runs are now up and rather disappointingly I am listed as did not start!!! Thank goodness for sports photo's - I have written in quoting the picture which shows me coming in just behind the 5th place (according to the published results) runner.

Wrinty, I live near Salisbury and have just read the Salisbury Journal's coverage of this event. It includes pictures of the start. You are there - assuming you were number 278 wearing a yellow vest.

The organiser has eMailed me a revised set of results that now show me in fifth place apparently I was written down as 2278 and not 278. Still like to get my hands on a copy of the Salisbury Journal (it doesn't distribute as far as Melksham).

hey funny how i dont remember seeing a videocamera and yet i walk right in front of it just before the ennd of the film (in distinctive yellow and emerald!) and even smile in its general direction several times. im feeling rather silly just now! there goes my 3 seconds of fame...dammit.

Why are the last 10 seconds footage of my bum? Couldn't they have chosen someone elses bum? They are all laughing at me at running club.
