San Silvestre Vallecana 10km race in Madrid

Has anyone done it before? or know how to enter?

I'm looking to enter this race, which takes place in Madrid on New Years Eve every year. I can't find out any information on how to enter other than "Entries open in November" and the official site is still showing 2011 race: www.sansilvestrevallecana.com/ No replies off any emails yet... so hoping someone might have the answer!?
