you can also enter on the day.

Great atmosphere and opportunity to start and finish in a big athletics stadium. loads of showers, baggage etc and there is also a 3k fun run which starts at 9.30

just done spen 20 today in 2h32 it was so hot out there today but again did not stop once on route just love that race with all the loops we have to do

i'll be doing this one. it'll be my first ever race.

i normally can knock out 10k in 48-50 mins so will interesting to see my time when my competitive side kicks in.

any tips for the course?
