MP - yep I'll run the National XC on Sat afternoon then race 10m the morning after. Surely in a club of 600+ runners you might find someone to do it? Or are we a social club or AC - sounds like a good topic for a meeting

6 days til race day. Someone out there must know of a clubmate who has had family commitments come up / a niggle they'd rather not make worse or be feeling a bit under the weather and not want to bring on a full blown illness.

I'm not wishing those on anyone, but should you know someone this might be happening to, you could make their world a little brighter by telling them there's a bloke on RW willing to pay 7 English Pounds for their number...

I have a number but Mr CG would love to run too and is threatening major sulks if he has to come all the way to Pocklington just to watch me.

and don't forget to complete the relevant number swap form at registration on the day, before the race, to avoid getting DQ'd!

If I'm having a major sulk that day I may take you out of the results just for looking at me wrong....
