Anyone doing this? Can't seem to see a thread about it... Apologies if there is! It's 1st April. I entered last night. Beginning to think I shouldn't - anyone know of the route and how brutal it is? I do hill train but not weekly, can handle myself on hills but worried this is going to be a killer.

Hiya H02 i will be doing this,keep an eye out for the only denbigh harrier there.
im not gonna go fast on it tho cause iv never done a half marathon race before and as im only 20 im really looking forward to it and id imagine it being in the heart of snowdonia that there`s going to be lots on hills.doing the llandrynog 10k the week before as well and am training between the 2.did a tempo run today and am gonna do a steady 13 mile run tomorrow round the brenig and alwen just to get in the mode.

The route is pretty much ok apart from the first couple of miles.. Seriously steep.. Enjoy!
