br, glad I captured your image for posterity. Store it in a safe place on your hard drive. Six Dales Circuit went pretty well. Underfoot conditions were very muddy and slippery compared to last year, yet my time was similar (well 3 minutes slower). Fuelling was just about spot on and I eked the max out of myself. It was a beautiful day - perfect for running in shorts and T shirt. My time was 4:43. This event always seems to be a tad longer in time than SNOD.

Apologies for butting in - was wondering whether there was anyone here who did the 2012 race and stayed at Erw Fair - a B&B on the High St in Llanberis?  And would mind me contacting them about the B&B with a brief query?  Know it's a long shot, but thanks.
