OK, down to me to do the deed then.
Who's going to be coming back for more and who wants to get in on this one for the first time?
You won't regret it.
(And, no, I'm not starting the list yet ...)
Want to do this next year, will be the first time
Yes, I wasn't going to return but 2012 was so totally amazing it will be my comeback marathon after the Lakeland 100
The best UK marathon by far - the only one I will do every year - legs permitting will be there for my 7th consecutive one. I look forward to following (again) the forum and reading the trials and tribulations of others en route to the 2013 race!
I'm doing the Coed y Brenin half again - after switching to the half from the full I want to have a crack at this fantastic event with some decent training behind me.
Count me in again, I want to experience this with the added weather challenge in 2013. Was a truly fab day yesterday
Just signed myself up for the Coed y Brenin Full, that looks like it will be an awesome run too
mmmm wonder if i can persuade Mr C and my body that doing this again is a good idea
No, we'll get a few more first.
Been reading up about this new Wales Coast Path. Their website has brilliant maps of the whole route - 109 pages of A4 in all. So I downloaded pages 106-107 and went out and did an 11-mile section near to me yesterday. There's very good signage and new gates/footbridges/boardwalks over marshy bits.
As a long term plan I've decided I'm going to try to run all of it before I hang up my running shoes. So I'm on the look-out for races which use the Coast Path. Any suggestions considered. The Votwo Pembs 3-marathon challenge is obviously a good example. Might do one of them in each of the three next years? Only drawback they're a week after SNOD (pinkbug - an abbreviation for Snowdonia marathon).
TRex - No idea of any races in this part that use the coastal path, but if you are in need of some accommodation when you come to do the NE Wales stretches then give us a shout.
Off to Italy, brer? You get about. You've probably heard there's another marathon over there which you can just about fit in.
