Hi has anyone ever done this?  I just want to know how hard are the obstacles as I am thinking of doing this but don't want to half kill myself!!

Hey, I realise that you will (hopefully) completed this by now!  Hope you did it and realised it was all achieveable.  I'm going to be running the rest of the Spartan Series.  Let me know how you got on!
