Yes I live by the model village ha ha - not in it, my bum's too big to get through the door I've tried to poke my head in the gate once or twice, but it's secretly hidden behind some tree's ha ha!!

Oh that's good - on the day I mean - mean's no chance of losing it to said bad doggie ha ha!!

Never going to live that down!

Is this a run suitable for a beginner, currently doing 10k in 59 minutes.

Just looked at the Lostock run and was put off by the times of the other runners.

We've done it for the last few years. Got 56min for our first go and know one was within 2metres of lapping us. LOL. Break one hour and you'll be fineby a long way.
