Results wise, they check you out and then back in - they have always been accurate over the years with my time.

Another great day out on the downs. Thanks to Steyning for putting on a wonderful event as normal, with the exception of the last 2 miles

What a fantastic race - my first Stinger and definitely won't be my last

I thought the pre-race organisation was done down to a tee, the marshalls were so friendly and encouraging, the checkpoint stations were well stocked and the course was fantastic. And that free veggie breakfast at the end....definitely worth running 26 miles for

As ever a great race, so a big thank you to all involved. Only one request can we go back to the old route for next year as I missed hurtling down the traditional final descent.

Best wishes - Raymond

Completely agree. Fab course apart from the last 2 miles. I hope this year's diversion was a one-off.

Agree, agree. This is how a race should be run. One minor eyebrow raiser for me was the start any time you like policy. I think this backfired somewhat as some there seemed to be a lot of people who ran extra miles. A few extra miles would have done me in! Moaning only in the way of trying to give positive feedback but otherwise a brilliant event. Thanks to the wonderful marshals,

I have always started early in the past and have never previously been sent the wrong way; I actually really like the staggered start...but then I really like the low key, no pressure feel it allows.

Cheers - Raymond

Many thanks to the organisers and marshals. Really enjoyed the race.

I haven't done the course before but I enjoyed the final 2 miles.

Anybody have a link to the results yet ?

Yep - was a good race, well stocked, maybe could have done with a couple more signs in a few places, but nothing too dramatic. Great weather for it in the end as well.

No problemo - I dont usually doubt my watch but when a PB is concerned I was definitely checking it fairly frequently the last couple of days.
