I've moved since last year (a couple of hundred wee miles north) but with VLM in the offing this is the perfect race to prep for training. I might just have to come down for it and see if I can crush last year's time, although judging by my pitiful performances lately I doubt it

Morticia, if I see you at any point in this race I shall cry......I was convinced I'd be last last year, & looking forward to the last person's prize....cos I was always coming last....but I wasn't for once, & was most annoyed, as I really wanted to win the knitted tortoise!! It was fab! (I used to keep tortoises!) But I don't want to be last this year.....so I probably will be.....

I'm a bit of a novice at the distance: popped along to the Sale 10 this summer on a bit of a whim as I had 10miles on the training plan for that day

and quite enjoyed it.

Musty- Pleeeeeeeeeease don't start regaling us with tales of your sex life!

NotReallyARunner- I am sure you will be fine- and it is in my best interests to encourage non-speedy types as then it makes my race sweep job easier! I am 'sweeping' with my mate Diane who is visually impaired, and she is not used to hills, so you could look after the pair of us when we struggle to keep up with you

On a more useful note I don't think it is full, no.
