I'm thinking about it as it's local for me, but after I fell twice today on my off road run (once tripped over a tree root, and once slipped in the mud - fortunately no witnesses!) I'm not sure I can take the strain. Might do the womens 6k instead. Have you done this before? What's it like?

er-i fell over on it the first year
It depends on how muddy it is to be honest
was quite dry this year
but if it rains-clag city central

bloody good laugh though

Well I've got as far as printing off the entry form. If it carries on being as muddy as it was today I guess I'll be quite good at falling over by February!
12/11/2006 at 20:42
oh go on
its a good laugh
and you wont be as slow as me
12/11/2006 at 20:43
you can enter on line too
12/11/2006 at 20:50
I'm pretty slow...
but probably will enter. I like running up and down muddy hills. Or at least I do once I've finished. And as it's local I've no excuse really have I?

16/11/2006 at 19:41
it depends on how muddy dale

last year was fine in normal shoes-was v dry
