Scrub my last post I've just had the wife on the phone and my number has arrived in the post!! Brilliant - to be honest I'm glad , I was getting worried about doing a 10miler as I'm not ready and it was starting to worry me. Silly really as its a self imposed challenge as the family would rather I didn't run as I have a dodgy leg.

But I feel much better now!!
