The Grizzly is a 20 mile trek along the coast of devon ( seaton ) and it is one of the best runs for coastal views I have ever done , trouble is every time I have tried to book it it is allways full !!

PUBS / KEBAB HOUSES is that all you think of ?? on the subject of elite athletes if I remember I drove to this one last year so I couldn't go for a PB I'm just wondering if I will get to go for it this year if ya know what I mean !

oh I forgot to mention I have done tough guy twice but only the summer one so I suppose that makes me a bit of a tough pussy . Exiled on the other hand .....................

Hey Caz,

Do you know where the chalk is it looks like Nibbs and Exiled want to start putting lines on the wall if you know what I mean!

Nibbs have you thought of trying to apply in advance rather than waiting for the day.
