Exiled I would love to partake in the reduction of the food mountain with you , although to consume as much as a grand master such as your self would prob result in a fatality or a close call .

So is this full then or what? I sent my form first thing monday 1st class from Brum. If it is I'm going for the Hartshill 10 miler near Nueaton. I have 17 days to improve on my maximum 7 mile ability.
