Sorry I have been away so long, looked up that pain in my knee and it seems to have been runners knee, never had that before but it bloody hurt like hell....right through the centre of my knee cap.

Left the running for a while and concentrated on doing my photography website, whilst just doing the gym 3 times a week.

Slowly got back into running on the treadmill still trying to get speed in the legs and now I am doing intervals using 60 sec X 6 minute mile pace and my legs are now starting to move a bit.

Wont be running tonight as I just dont have the training behind me but will come down and watch....with my camera so look out...shots will be shown LOL

I was so excited.
The man is absolutely extraordinary.
How anyone can do that on one occasion is beyond me,but anyone that can do that day in day out for 3 weeks is,well,I can't think of a word that describes him well enough!

I will not be there - my run of yesterday evening was quite enough overheating for one week thank you. I spent an hour in the gym crosstraining and treadmilling today - much cooler.

Hi people, nice to see everyone, forgot my watch so I think something with a 54 on the end. Prob 21:54 which if it is right is a PB strictly speaking. Tired legs but not too many probs with the heat which was a surprise.

Thanks for the huge shout Jen; was not expecting it and helped me shave a few secs off for sure. All I can say is watch out because I am comming ! (just how fast is the point however ?)

Hiya guys,WP,we meet at last!!!

Well done Alex and WP on your PBs,excellent in the humid conditions.I'm really glad I didn't run.It was nice to bike for a change.Only just got home from my bike ride,got a bit carried away and went on an adventure :-)

I was standing with Jinx,he took some good photos.

WP,you ought to come down for the Llanelli Grange 5K,i'm sure you'd really like the course.2 weeks tonight.

I'll have to watch my back down at Llanelli then Alex (or just push you in the hedge at the beginning ;-))
