5 am is about bed time in an ideal world.

Took car to Gym, 12 mins hills on X-T. 4 x Chest excercises, felt weak. Packed it in. Ate a pizza.

Morning. Knakered last night and not feeling fully inflated this morning.

Last few fays I have eaten (typicly)

Beans on toast or alpen for breakfast
1 x 450g Apricot Yoghurt
1 x pasta meal
1 x tuna salad
750ml orange juce
3 x coffee
2l x water

Hiya,how's everyone doing?

Really enjoyed my rest day yesterday.Raring to go tonight now,got a nice easy 6.

Weather forecast is great for the weekend,cooling down and rain :-)

i have rest day tomorrw and i will have to be so good and not do any running I always feel exhausted on a non running day!!!

Funnily enough, I have a rest day tomorrow too.

Do you think that next year, we might just have the one thread for the whole series?

That sure is a decent breaky, Alex! Makes my sheddies look puny (which they are 'cos they're bite size!)

Have you tried 2oz porrige
150ml orange juice
1 grated apple
bowl blueberries
soak over night and then eat in the morning
delicious
I do sprinkle something on it but cant remember what it is....just remebered ground linseed

Wow,sounds exotic!

I just whip it up,bung it in the micro,bit of sugar and wolf it down!

I'm always half asleep in the morning so probably wouldn't fully appreciate the specialness of the delicacy you have mentioned.

Maybe when I become a morning person i'll try it!

I too eat porridge. Raw however, just bung the milk on it and eat it.

Some days I eat less that the above list poppy, but not for the last week.

So far today

1 bowl jordans country crisp
2 tesco low fat yoghurts 50ml
500 ml organge juice
multivitimin, vit c, iron tab
beef baguette
1/2 cup of coffee
450ml Apricot Yoghurt

We could just keep rumbling on using this thread ?

Late run tonight because I have loads to do and am still at it (so to speak).

I awoke early as normal my body clock is set to early;-)

Alex-Still not enough too eat...where is your dinner? and FRUIT and VEGETABLES and water!!

When I have ordinary porridge I make it with water

Rest day for me and have been warned I have to do nothing so an easy day maybe;-)

yes, i am bad and must be punished!!

Tried to do a Poppy this morning, as wanted to get long run in and mrs p is working, so alarm set for 6am, finally got out of house at 7-20!, and got 10 miles in [including 4 across the SAND!!!], returning home with 2 mins to spare before she left. Will now have goats cheese panninis for brekkie [a kind of SANDwhich!], and then off to the carnival to drink beer and win a goldfish!!

Morning folks,i'm working in Bridgend this morning.

Enjoy your rest day WP,you'll be flying tomorrow with all this mileage under your belt.Plenty of food,water and energy drinks today in prep.

We'll have to arrange what time i'm going to pick you up on Tuesday too.I've been heading there for about 6.15ish to allow time to get sorted so i've been leaving at around 5.45ish so will be passing you at about 5.50ish.

I'm playing tennis this afternoon!First time in a year.Should be interesting.Did an hours run last night,don't know how far I ran,probably 6/7 miles.It was a random route with one of the girls from club,really run though.

Hello there people,

Day off yesterday as I did not finish things until 11pm. Not as I intended. Nevermind.

Poppy, I guess I was cirtinly short on water. Additonaly yesterday I ate

1 x bowl of Jordans C.C.
500ml orange juice
1/2 cup of coffee
1 low fat yoghurt
1 bananna

There is not much flud in there really. I do however seem to be maintaining weight so I can't be eating too little suerly ? I will however use tomorrows race as an excuse to stack-up.

Probably small run and Gym today I reckon. Plan for tomorrow is jog round and enjoy a day out.
