12TH JULY 2005
Evening .. and happy new year to all you excellent people
2013 ... I don't like the 13 bit. Will be good to get to 14.
Nos G Was sold out so no entries on the day sadly. Sat on sofa with kids as usual. Adam sleeping already (just now) and Daniel to go soon.
Good luck to you Seren with the IM training. Don't think I will ever do one, it is just too much. 70 ish mpw running is enough. Would love to train more, just need to win the lottery.
Happy New Year.
Good luck to you all. Hope you all achieve the things you set out to do
See some of you tomorrow.
lets hope this morning is the sign of things to come for the new year...beautiful sunshine.had a lovely bike ride to start the year
Happy New year!

Work is going to be a pain, I agree.........
It was quite warm running.Came 4th in the Prince of Wales 4 mile race. (23:41). Did another 8.1 tonight. Good day running and feeling much better than recently as MM, Glynneath both been below parr.
Well done to you too Nutty.
It was as it always is a really nice day with loads of smiling faces.
Fingers crossed that everyone has a great year. No hangover for me to start though. I don't even do shandy !
Alcohol is not a problem in my house, chocolate is though. Late night munchies means I am awake again!! I seem to have developed a liking for coffee and tiffin too
Back to the daily grind
well done you pair again............great running.
It is morning but I'm waiting for next Monday so that things can get back to normal
Says it all Tracey
Work - whose idea was that? Training twice a day and catching up with friends is much better......
A sentiment echoed around the Globe I am sure Nutty!
now that's a good life plan Nutty
I'm back from spending New Year with RAF son in Stoke, I've had a very self indulgent time, not cooked nor cleaned (nor runned) for days! I just slobbed, ate and drunk I did get out when I got home yesterday though and had quite a nice run.
No work for me until Monday - there are lots of people off sick at the mo so I did tell them to ring me if they needed me to go in today and tomorrow, but my phone is broken
I am swimming today and then yoga with some running tonight.looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.............because of cock up in my schedules last week i haven't had a rest day for 2 weeks..although christmas day was not a hard session.a 5k in 38 mins with son and dog
