Nos G Was sold out so no entries on the day sadly. Sat on sofa with kids as usual. Adam sleeping already (just now) and Daniel to go soon.

Good luck to you Seren with the IM training. Don't think I will ever do one, it is just too much. 70 ish mpw running is enough. Would love to train more, just need to win the lottery.

Kenfig 4 was a great race.  Great to catch up with so many runners, hot soup at finish.  Got 1st lady

Work is going to be a pain, I agree.........

It was quite warm running.Came 4th in the Prince of Wales 4 mile race. (23:41). Did another 8.1 tonight. Good day running and feeling much better than recently as MM, Glynneath both been below parr.

Fingers crossed that everyone has a great year. No hangover for me to start though. I don't even do shandy !

Alcohol is not a problem in my house, chocolate is though.  Late night munchies means I am awake again!!  I seem to have developed a liking for coffee and tiffin too

I'm back from spending New Year with RAF son in Stoke, I've had a very self indulgent time, not cooked nor cleaned (nor runned) for days! I just slobbed, ate and drunk  I did get out when I got home yesterday though and had quite a nice run. 

No work for me until Monday - there are lots of people off sick at the mo so I did tell them to ring me if they needed me to go in today and tomorrow, but my phone is broken 

I am swimming today and then yoga with some running tonight.looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.............because of cock up in my schedules last week i haven't had a rest day for 2 weeks..although christmas day was not a hard session.a 5k in 38 mins with son and dog
