I quite agree about cake. In the middle of the night when I needed to sleep, it seemed possible. Probably the coffee. I had quite a lot yesterday. Was a busy day!

the rain last nigth finally cleared all the pavements and roads.......
made the lliswerry 8 very pleasant and enjoyable today.........
managed a 44 sec Pb which was suprising as didn't think i could do speedy anymore.......
