12TH JULY 2005
Can't believe it's Monday already!
No idea where the day has gone - poof!
13th or 27th April are emminently doable for a Pied Fest
Time flies. Nearly the middle of March again.
Great Boffin. End of April would be post marathon, Sue's birthday bash too
Just warmed up after yesterdays 56 mile ride in windy blizzardy warwickshire........2 1/2 hours driving to get there........one of the hardest rides i have done in a long time.........a light bike in that wind is not fun..
I expect that was a chilly ride indeed Seren! Good you got back safe and sound - and have finally thawed out!
Much nicer out there this evening, could breathe and everything. Ran along the beach with the tide in and the sun setting behind Mumbles. Very, very nice.
End April Pie Fest sounds great. Give us shout when it's nearer or I will forget!
It was a lovely evening. It had warmed up considerably since this morning.
A walk for me as I injured again. Shouldn't have raced on Sunday but hindsight is an amazing thing.
Look forward to seeing you all soon. End of April will soon be here
Lovely day. Enjoy
Bad news the race has left you re-injured Nutty, looks like you need to give more time to recovery before stressing it again.
Sorry to hear that Nutty, is it the knee again?
Roast pork for dinner tonight mmmmmmmmm
Lovely day, much milder.
Sorry to moan. I am sure it is only a blip and will soon get better. Its the other leg Tracey so maybe Rose can work her magic again!!
Nutty .... moan away.
Do have a go at the massage. I am sure you will be better soon but it must be so frustrating.
Pizza tonight, only a small one.
Haven't had a pizza in ages. Seem to be eating chocolate like its going out of fashion though!!
Took lemon drizzle cake to work on Monday and it went down well
Mmmmmm Lemon Drizzle Cake
A course of massage, chocolate and rest will do you the world of good Nutty
Frosty one this morning. Lovely blue skies though.
I made pizza dough for the first time yesterday.......i do a youth club for junior school age group and last night was pizza night so they all rolled out the dough to whatever shape they wanted and then did the toppings of their own choice......
I was so pleased with the results that I'm doing it with the family tomorrow night
It is nreally nice and sunny today.
I have been eating less pizza the last few months and feel better for it. Only ever ate the really thin ones anyway but better off with salmon and veg or whatever.
Mmmmm lemon drizzle cake and pizza....
I have lost 18lb now and feel much better for it. Still love a bit of pizza though, and as for lemon drizzle cake, mmmmm don't get me started!
