12TH JULY 2005
RK - enjoy Scotland. Wrap up warm.
Its been a lovely day here. Much milder.
Going to give the cross country a go. Did 4 miles today. First run since Tuesday!
fantstic new Nutty, congratulations - you can lead the way now
Maybe you will grow to love presentations Tracey?
hope the running went well Nutty.
it was very windy for my TT on the bike......made the regulars a few minutes slower so i was pleased with my 32:38 for the first race.would like to get under 30 before the end of summer
It was windy and cold Seren. Well done on your bike ride.
It was a good course at Margam today. Bit of mud to start then track and a few hills. Got second lady, amazingly. Didn't think I would do that today. Alex had a great run too.
It is always great to catch up with so many people. Phil was looking in good form today.
Dates for Pie Fest:
23 March, 6 April, 13 April, 27 April.
30 March is Easter weekend so I have left that one out. 21 April is London Marathon so that weekend is out too.
Very cold out there today. Wrap up warm!
Can't believe it's Monday already!
No idea where the day has gone - poof!
13th or 27th April are emminently doable for a Pied Fest
Time flies. Nearly the middle of March again.
Great Boffin. End of April would be post marathon, Sue's birthday bash too
Just warmed up after yesterdays 56 mile ride in windy blizzardy warwickshire........2 1/2 hours driving to get there........one of the hardest rides i have done in a long time.........a light bike in that wind is not fun..
I expect that was a chilly ride indeed Seren! Good you got back safe and sound - and have finally thawed out!
Much nicer out there this evening, could breathe and everything. Ran along the beach with the tide in and the sun setting behind Mumbles. Very, very nice.
End April Pie Fest sounds great. Give us shout when it's nearer or I will forget!
It was a lovely evening. It had warmed up considerably since this morning.
A walk for me as I injured again. Shouldn't have raced on Sunday but hindsight is an amazing thing.
Look forward to seeing you all soon. End of April will soon be here
Lovely day. Enjoy
Bad news the race has left you re-injured Nutty, looks like you need to give more time to recovery before stressing it again.
