12TH JULY 2005
calfs in december........isn't that a bit out of sync.....
Had news that I am running cross country on the 14th for east wales.first time ever representing anything in running........
will be at the back and no chance of ever getting the welsh vest.but i am surprisingly excited......I know I'm a bit of a saddo
Not even slightly sad Seren, it's brilliant. I would be pleased as punch if our cat asked me to represent it, never mind a whole region of our beloved hen wlad!
Second turkey dinner in two days for me now. Sigh, it's a dirty old job...
Boffin - hope the calf will be okay.
Seren - its a tough course but a good day out. I will be there!
Tracey - tis the season to be jolly!
Friday again - hurrah
Congratulations Seren, I would be very proud if that was me - enjoy it.
Back from Cardiff after a very heavy night - I'm too old for this lark.
Very nice plod down the prom and through Clyne Gardens for me this morning. Set me up for a day of marking, lesson prep and house work.
The works do was rubbish. Nice to see the people I work with as they are a lovely bunch, but won't be going to the Dragon Hotel again. It was noisy, overcrowded and the food was dire.
Nice thing yesterday - a friend has been making jewellry for years for a hobby and she's just decided to start selling it. She had a stall in the Uplands Market yesterday and did really well. So nice to see someone who deserves it doing well. I'll put a link to her website if I can persuade my browser to do it:
That'll have to do!
