Aha, it is not just you Chris!!

Methinks the the forum quick link button is bust!

- Personally I blame all these smiley codes that must have got into the act... wasn't I just talking about Gremlins?

Tri sounds fab, well done WA.  I am wondering about having a go...bit of a bike issue going on though. Last time I got on a bike I collided with a fat kid (yes his girth was relevant, it protected him from injury) and ended up spending an hour lying flat and in agony outside The Junction awaiting rescue whilst strangers pointed and I dimly smiled upwards at them. Can I get a cycling coach?

Swim, run, bike..May I propose a modern tri event of strimming, raking and,.  for the distance event, taking half contents of home to recycling. Knackered from all of the above. Hot and sweaty from raking two foot high grass - neighbours didn't approve of my "it's a wild flower meadow" idea.

WANT to run but have been naughty and not done half term homework so will need to stay in. Humbug.

Afternoon all

I'm back from England. They talk funny and loads of them, I mean LOADS wear football shirts.  England, Man U and Liverpool mainly.

Alex - I'm fascinated by your being last. Anyone who runs as fast as you must have a competitive streak, yet you apparently don't mind losing, at least at swimming. How does that work?

phone is ok

Hello all

Chris and FM - enjoyed run this morning. Thanks for letting me tag along.

Arthawes - you've got to rest sometimes. Don't worry.

WA - well done on the whole thing. With the lurgy still lurking, you are racing really well.  Hope you can rest up.

Welcome back to the homeland Tracey.  You just can't beat it.

Yes it was a fun morning!!    Mummy and kitten are very well too.  Am just uploading some new piccies of the cats too.  Because my laptop died last week I have to do this from a local internet cafe until I get a new one but it's only £1 per hour so it's not too bad at all.    You doing Llanelli 10k again Nutty?
01/06/2008 at 18:52
Yes I will be there Nam.  Are you?
