12TH JULY 2005
Hello to George too. I know its a bit late after you posted the other day. Hope all is well with you.
Off to bed me thinks. Lots of fresh air today
Good luck WA. Good day for it. You know you love it really.
Feel as if I could have stayed in bed myself this morning. I am sure the run will be great when I get going . See you later Chris and FM.
Have a good one all.
Alex, go for it mate.
5k doesn't seem that far now Alex
If Santa does indeed exist, then maybe Gremlins do too...
... that might explain many things!
Enjoy your swimming / running this morning - I'm sure to be here when you get back.
news in usain bolt have set a new world record for the 100m in 9.72.
chris you will have the record one day.
good running today 21m lots of hills ...is mr p home? what did he look like coming out from the woods
Aha, it is not just you Chris!!
Methinks the the forum quick link button is bust!
- Personally I blame all these smiley codes that must have got into the act... wasn't I just talking about Gremlins?
Tri sounds fab, well done WA. I am wondering about having a go...bit of a bike issue going on though. Last time I got on a bike I collided with a fat kid (yes his girth was relevant, it protected him from injury) and ended up spending an hour lying flat and in agony outside The Junction awaiting rescue whilst strangers pointed and I dimly smiled upwards at them. Can I get a cycling coach?
Swim, run, bike..May I propose a modern tri event of strimming, raking and,. for the distance event, taking half contents of home to recycling. Knackered from all of the above. Hot and sweaty from raking two foot high grass - neighbours didn't approve of my "it's a wild flower meadow" idea.
WANT to run but have been naughty and not done half term homework so will need to stay in. Humbug.
Boffin, isn't technology a marvelous thing, Shame I cant use it.
chris .move closer to you i was a ferry boy for 25years now in baglan i love to move but me woman says no .she says a lot of beer in the ferry me and beer = and
