We are back again for the fourth time.

This year our chosen charity is the Baby Beat Appeal at Royal Preston Hospital.

Is is all within the confines of the Park so safe and traffic free and on paths.

Lets hope Preston Council come up with the gate keys again. Anyone who did the either of the first two will know what I mean

Race HQ is PNE stadium so plenty of on site parking and start / finish just across the road on Moor Park Avenue.

By the way it is in memory of a friend of ours Paul Best hence the race name but we can dream!

After a rubbish wesham 10k time today I will give it a blast as its 2 miles away from my house and moore park is my 5k pb course 19min 36 so lets see what happens.

Good little run round a park on tarmac.

Free sandwiches in the club house afterwards were a nice touch.

Will do again if doing missionary work wrong side of Pennines same time next year

This race was realy great

good atmosphere and for a good cause so well done to steve and all his helpers and see you all next year.
