Where and when?
A unique 10k multi terrain charity event that will be guaranteed to be challenging and thoroughly enjoyable at the same time. Starting at John Keble School, Hursley Hampshire, on Sunday 25th September 2011. The 2011 course will take in new areas of the private Hursley estate, with fantastic countryside views.
How much does it cost?
UKA Affiliated @ £12 & Unattached @ £14 per runner.
What's the course like?
A unique 10k multi terrain course, one loop through fields, country lands and forest tracks over and around the private Hursley estate.
What kind of runners take part?
The event attracts all types of runners, but in the main over the last four years the event attracts a lot of first time 10k runners and those that run for fun and fitness with a twist of multi terrain.
How many runners will take part?
We have a race limit of 600 this year. In addition to this, there is a Fun Run for the kids which utilises the same start / finish as the main race.
Where do you sign up for the race?
Entries are on line at www.hursley10k.co.uk
We must not forget The Fun Run which is a 1.5km cross country race, open to all age groups and can be entered on the day only. The Fun Run attracts over 100 runners, each will get a medal and t-shirt.
