i take it part of this course is  what was the preseli bluestone 14mile race? lovely part of the world grew up not far from there so will definetly think about doing this one.

I'm going to enter the mini beas, done a lot of road running but not much off road, so I think it will be a good race to enter to start.  Quite excite now
