Okay, who else made it down (or up?) to Oxspring last night?

I was surprised by the number of runners again, I had 'guesstimated' that there were 250 starters, so wasn't too far out, as the results show 276 finishers

It's not a bad figure for a weekday race, that's still held reasonably close to the end of the (traditional) 'working day' - starts at circa 18:45

'We' didn't do too bad, with 9 club-members running (including myself)

Once over the line, my own time surprised me, as I'd felt 'off it' & thought I was at least 2 minutes slower than I was

'Up to press', my time/position - 67th - still has another runners name in it, with a similar number. but I have asked for an amendment

First time ever on a fell I got lost last night it was embarrassing. Just in case the three people who followed me view this site I'm very sorry.

Top of the hill between the two rivers felt slightly better after hearing the path has changed but still how the f**k did I manage that?

Almost finished last but would have been far down anyway and wasn’t pushing it. I was working on something all hours at the weekend and knackered. Tother halfs first fell action or would have had an early night. I will have her doing the exterminator before she knows it or maybe some Bob Grahams.

It was the busiest I've seen it - first time I've not picked up any points and a brand new PW

(which I can only put down in part to the long queue at the first gate)

But there have been some website bugs - I cannot access it on the home laptop, but I was fine on the work PC earlier.

Look for 'Results' in left-hand column, open that page, then 'Results By Race', & select 'Race 2'

If you select 'Senior', the listing is for all finishers in that race (including ladies/Vets)
