Hi,

 Seen this on the website www.toughguy.co.uk  Looks fun!!  I see the January one is 8 country miles and then once round the 'killing fields', but struggling to get accurate info on the summer one.  Some reports say it is a 4 mile run, some say a 6 mile run and some say a 8 mile run and then twice round the killing fields. 

Any one done this in the summer before and can shed some light?

hey up greg, done it a few times but it is hard to judge the distance because the course weaves alot.I would say the run is between 4/6 miles finishing with a minimum of ten slaloms. look on you tube there is quite alot on plus if you have google earth you can see the run on that
