TT I hear the hills in the lakes are BIG! Big is what we need!

NSC auditions ... for an event like TW team is MASSIVELY important. You need to be happy at that pace, happy chatting or in silence, not feel under pressure.

TT who mentioned walking??? sub 20 may be an average of 20mins per mile but you RUN down hills and on flat bits! Much more fun!

(fastest ladies team (only ladies team) to finish Masters Hike, Huddersfield 1986)
