Bring on the medals!!!!! I just paid £27 so not sure what is happening there, so have written to them.

I suspect a lot of runners will be using it as a test for a London Marathon type race in April - so thats more important than a medal ?

If a medal is so important - there are plenty of races that do offer them ?

Trimpell is a great race - I really enjoyed it last year. Very nice route, pretty much bang flat and superb prep for a Spring Mara. Pretty much trraffic free too except for one small stretch at circa 13 miles. You got a decent tech T-Shirt, a bottle of water and some chocolate last year (I think?) First-class facilities at the Leisure Centre too. I'd highly recommend it actually. Any medals I get only get chucked in a drawer anyway!
