My 10k time is about 1.10 at the moment but I can plod round 'comfortably' . Normally at the back...
Insanity is a prerequisite for entry to this one. Especially if you've done it before and know what's coming.....
Getting confused and dazed already with all of this time and distance talk. I just hope that the mast and rigging manages to avoid any ship wrecking crossing the stepping stones and drifting down the Mole to Leatherhead.
Hoping to be back before the soup runs out.
Entered last night - haven't I learned anything at all from doing the half-marathon version of the Greensand last month??? Usually manage 55+ mins for a 10K, so I put down 2 hours for this one, just in case, after having read all your very interesting comments.
My only goal is to get back before the soup runs out.
It's going to be alright!!!!
The Knacker Cracker 2013 is now completely full - alas there is no waiting list and there are no entries on the day. (It really is full!). Come back next year!
woohoo well done Dr Rob, it's gonna be a party.
We need more marshals! Anyone able to come down and help from 9.45 on 1 January will be gratefully accepted! Email me at rob@trionium dot com if you can make it... please!
Unfortunately I have a calf+achillees injury that is stopping me running, so if anyone wants to buy my place, please email me at phil @ pchweb.co.uk and hopefully Dr Rob can transfer my entry over
If you want to swap over, just email me the old name and the new name (DoB, club, email, age).
The course is WET and MUDDY! No sign of the stepping stones...
I bet re very wet & muddy!!! So, how are we going to 'find' the elusive stepping stones then?
Er... they are under water, to the tune of 2 feet - no way to get across them. Just run around the cone, and retrace your steps, back over the footbridge.

Philip H, is your place still available please? I was too late to enter this year, gutted. Would happily buy it from you. Thanks
Yes - still available right now, but I have had 2 emails asking about it ... but no-one has definitely committed.
