Sorry, no run-through for this one... the course is pretty straightforward, so not much chance of getting lost... good luck if you try it yourself (stop for a pint at the Plough in Coldharbour - or a cup of tea at the Tower!).

I think entering this race was a big mistake... I may be the oldest female runner. Still its kept me busy training since Christmas. But please give me a cheer as I run in last!!

I sent you an email last week- volunteering my wife for marshalling! Not heard anything back re arrangements (I think you do have email problems sometimes!).

When are race instructions due to be issued.

Dont worry Sher, I have done no hill training and have just come back to training after a few weeks out to get over shin splints ... i shall be behind you. But question to anyone who's done it .. what is the surface of the course like? I'm trying to avoid reflaring shin splints before the Paris marathon on April 15th.

Fabulous race even for an old girl like me... and I never thought I would get round under 2.5 hrs! Is there any chance of contacting the photographers for a high res photo... the ones on the web are too poor a quality to print. Many thanks and I'll be back next year. I shall be the oldest female probably then.
