I pobably am not, although it depends on what time
*whispers - might be able to possible rearrange*
Seem to have picked up something else now as full of snot... >sighs<
If I go I'll pootle behind you guys and take walk breaks when I need to... I'll definetely do the race but again I'll just have to do it my pace, accepting the fact that I'll be well behind last years time but I'm still not quite right yet.
I think you can ppootle with me
PJ is muuucchhhhoo faster than both of us
I'd like to give it a go but I won't be able to keep up at any pace cos my breathing is still a bit shot. Made good progress with Sudafed and Vicks but fear my respiratory rate will be quite high so would need to take it dead easy... Would like to cover the race route but leisurely at my sickly pace if possible.
I mailed you Barkings moby. I'll text her in a minute to see if her icky tummy is better.
Came down with another cold after marshalling the tri... Seems like my body isn't particularly fond of standing in wind and rain for 3 hours at the moment...
Oh no sorry about the cold. All this good natured marshalling/supporting shouldnt be leaving you like this - it's not fair!
If I do go tomorrow i just want a nice slow plod, to chat with friends. Not going to push myself at all. Dont even mind walking if we have to, will just be nice to run round with other people instead of on my own!
Excellent! Not heard anything from Barking but maybe she's fallen asleep like the person next to me!
It was only supposed to be a 20 min power nap
