Walthamstow Half Marathon

Anyone doing this one this year? 

It is my home town and I am traveling up from Devon just to do it. Hope we get a medal as I want to frame it, considering my life as a child there never thought I would be running a half marathon there. Would love to see my PE Teachers face now!

I signed up for this at the weekend as a training run for Milton Keynes marathon. I don't really know what to expect from it though. as the only events ive done so far have all been big things with a few thousand entries and I can't imagine this being very big at all.

Irony huh?! I was born in Walthamstow and now live in Devon too. I've just signed up for my first event here. Have Fun. X

It's the 10k for the South Devon College in Paignton. Looks like a cool route. X

Lovely place, you will enjoy that one. I was bought up in Warner Road walthamstow but been in Devon for nearly 23 years now

Hehe, I used to go to the market with my Mum every week as we lived in South Woodford! Lived all over the place since then but hopefully I'll make it 25th move lucky (no exageration!) We moved here in June and really love it tho I am so looking forward to running thro fields again. X
