Hopefully, i'll be free from injury to do this.

Does anyone run in this part of watford? Whats it like?

I'm not running in this (wrong gender) but my wife, who's just taken up running, may.

I run in Cassiobury Park a fair bit, it's a nice place to run but not particularly flat. What in particular did you want to know about it?
