Finally managed to run it for the first time this week and managed to come second 
being beaten by a JM 15 - 19 by about 20s, In reality it's not much to shout about, most of the usual faster runners must have stayed in bed, I did it in 21:30 (testing course 
) not even my usual 5k time, but at least I know what it feels like now cos I don't think it will happen again.
