 Nice to see NST on BBC Wales news, doing his shopping in Cardiff and even stopping to be interviewed  Some good publicity for you guys ! although he didn't say to much about the Harriers, i think he was concerned by how much of his money was being spent by his missus

 MM61 you and your estimates,I think you are enjoying yourself The only time i said to rest was when you were ill before sarn helen hill race ,and you ignored and you suffered so maybe you are now listening to your body. Not sure about your predicted times but i am feeling good about sunday Rissoto and a glass of red tonite FA I met NST shopping last week as well I think he must be a shopaholic. .
