Dublin Marathon - 29th October 2007
The race is good but the Craic is the best!

Welcome - Its quite busy in here normally.

Never mind the actual 26.2 mile race though. Join in the merriment that happens either side of the race.

This will be my third consecutive Dublin Marathon so I feel like an old hand at this.

Where is everyone? - Check in for Dublin 2007 Forumites.

And don't forget my little web site.

Hi,

I'm here, still coughing and spluttering but did a nice 6 miles this morning. Aren't the trees a great colour at the moment?

Well I'll stick my head in the door because it'd be rude not to but I am not doing Dublin (or Cork) next year and I will instead be actually working rather than just pretending to work and posting on here so (hopefully) you'll all be seing less of me!

I will be doing Dublin 2007. Count me in. Also count me in for any social activities! This will be my third marathon, all three in Dublin. My first year was 4hrs 3 mins, my second was 4hrs 20 mins. Here's hoping to not continue the decline. But as long as we have a good old laugh, eh?

I nearly missed this!!

It's nice and cosy MrH and all the gang! I'll be hanging around here daily, not sure if I'm doing the Dublin marathon yet but I'm aiming for Cork.

Well, here's hoping, Supergirl! I was hoping for a sub-4 hours this time but that went to pot. But next year, I will be seeking revenge on that course!

I'm not committing to this yet. The memories and pain are too fresh. I equate it to childbirth. I'll have forgotten about it in a few months and will more than likely be up for more...

...I haven't got any kids mind you!

Forget the race - Go for the Beer anyway!

And you'd better blank out the pain if you're going to do 3 laps in Luton - ha ha :)
