Also - I have Back in Black, Highway to Hell by ACDC...what other tracks of theirs are equally rock-tastic?

Have to include whole lot of Rosie (you can probably hear this for free if you listen to Planet Rock for more than an hour or so).  Theres a good live recording of it on one of the albums

Nickleback hasn't been suggested yet

Madame O - thanks but no cigar on a lot of the bands....too 'emo', not fan of slipknot/rammstein

Linkin Park. Not a fan.

Given the above I may be continuing the inappropriate suggestions, but have a 5 minute listen to System of a Down?  BYOB (suggested track)

SOAD are great. I've not listened to them for ages.

Isn't it weird how you listen to a band loads, love them then you just seem to forget about them over night.

Swervedriver, I think I have an album called Raise by them, back from my shoegazing era, not quite as good as Ride but pretty decent.

I've never heard Modest Mouse, however, I do own an album of MM cover versions, albeit very different versions I think!

MArty - Given your other suggestions you would enjoy MM

...and for those who dont know GBV. Quite possibly the most productive band ever in terms of numbers of songs.
