Putting weight on is just as hard as taking it off....

Only if you're a vegan with a tiny appetite!!

Oh, you are!

The present situation, ... utterly and totally honestly....

3 months of oversuse injuries and 6 weeks holidays have not been kind to me...

Height:  1.70m / 5'6"
Weight:  66kg / 10st4lb
Waist: 80cm / 31.5"
Hips:  100cm / 39.5"
Bust:  91.4cm / 36"
Current BMI:  23.1
Current Body Fat:  about 23%

The desired situation, to go back to normal, i.e. the way I was in spring this year...

Weight:  57kg / 8st9lb  (that's racing weight... don't mind happy training weight of 59kg / 9st3lb)
Waist: 27"
Bust:  32-34" (and back into a B-cup... thank you!!)
Desired BMI:  20
Desired Body Fat:  16-17%

Oh dear, I really don't want to post my weight on here......to be fair I'm quite scared of hopping on the scales.

Nam, my desired weight is more than your current weight!! AAARRRGGGHH!!

Babes, it's not a competition... as Bear said everyone will have their own goals...  we're all different...  xx

I don't think anyone should feel that they have to disclose anything they don't feel comfortable with...  It's just me...  I'm a bit anal like that and like to be specific and write it down...  It helps me...

Aitch, I need to say it out loud in order to make myself do something about it.

Over on Fetch there's a co-ordinator who you email your weight to every week and they keep records.

I might have to write it down I think. I don't actually want to get on the scales, especially after Christmas consumption. I'm going to hop on the scales this afternoon *takes a deep breath* maybe it might spur me on if I see the reality. Running with my Mum yesterday and she was telling me she wants to lose half a stone before her hols in Feb - she's only 9.6 and half a stone off will get her down to her weight when she was effing 18! Why can't I take after my Mum!

I tend to keep a food diary when I'm trying to lose weight, I find it helps so will start that up - might do it electronically this time...

Mouse, I might have to do the x thing I think.

Kaz - how can you be a 14 and only 10 st? I buy 14 tops from Topshop and most other shops and I'm way heavier than you. Granted not always a 14 on the bottom, nearly never but generally on the top I am!

I've heard good things about fetch, might set up an account....
