It's amazing how many times I have heard X......... today. I'm onto my 2nd 2 litre bottle already. It may have something to do with my definition of a sip. Who else is playing? | ||||

If I only drank when I heard XF, I'd be very thirsty. No mention of it at all today in our house. Just been out for an 8 miler, an unusual time for me to do a LSR but looking at the forecast I knew I wouldn't get out at 7.15am into the rain tomorrow so went for it. Pleased I did and came home to a lovely home made beef and apricot casserole, roasted carrots, beetroot, squash and rice. Totally stuffed now. And a third good food day in a row. Just another 4 weeks until the next race that is my target. I am determined to get to the same weight I was for it last year (hopefully without resorting to amputation to achieve my target | ||||
